After studying nutrition in junior college, she honed her confectionery skills at Nihon Kashi Senmon Gakkou. With eight years of experience at the renowned Wagashi shop Shiono, serving Japan's Imperial House, she brings exceptional precision and authenticity to her creations at Maison
